Holistic massage

this oil-based massage can help to ease tension and stress, enhance circulation, improve muscle tone and promote healing. Incorporating therapeutic, sports and deep-tissue massage techniques, treatments are focused to emphasise relaxation and centring, or to assist in pain and injury management.

Bodywork massage

drawing on bodywork techniques such as the Eyerman Technique (itself a synthesis of influences including Feldenkrais and Yoga) deep-tissue and yoga-massage, this work aims to increase awareness, integrity and ease in movement. Working clothed with a focus on structure and use of the self in movement, it incorporates gentle stretches and manipulations, subtle energy balancing and a focus on the breath.
